Dennis P. Eastman, MD

Biography

Dennis P. Eastman, M.D., FACS, is a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon with Lubbock Heart Surgery. Dr. Eastman graduated from medical school at F. Edward Herbert School of Medicine Uniform Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his general surgery residency and surgical internship at William Beaumont Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Eastman completed residency training in cardiothoracic surgery and a fellowship in vascular surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Among many career awards and commendations he most notably received the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit for his services as a medical officer in the Army. He is board certified in general surgery, surgical critical care, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery.
