UNITED HEALTHCARE PLAN PARTICIPANTS

NOW HAS ACCESS TO CARE PROVIDED

BY LUBBOCK HEART & SURGICAL HOSPITAL


PLANO, TX (July 9, 2012) — People enrolled in UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored and individual plans will have access to Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital physicians and facilities beginning July 1, 2012.

Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital is a physician owned hospital that opened its doors in December of 2003 as the region’s premier heart hospital focused upon the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital is a 74-bed licensed facility, which includes sixteen cardiac coronary care beds. All patient rooms are private and equipped with the latest technology to meet the special needs of cardiovascular patients.
